When you join the Treyton Oak Towers priority list, you become a member of the Tower Club. With this exclusive membership, you can participate in community events, create friendships with your future neighbors and benefit from some of our life-enriching amenities before you move in!

Joining our future member program entitles you to special priority and the benefits and privileges of the Tower Club. We are very excited to be presenting you this new program!

Priority membership benefits include:

  • Exclusive notification when apartments become available

  • Subscription to the Oak Leaf, our community newsletter and activities calendar
  • Select privileges in our Fleur de Lis dining room

Joining the Tower Club does not mean you will need to move in right away. It does mean you’ll start building seniority for available residences when the timing is right for you. By joining the priority list, you can secure your place in Treyton Oak Towers and start enjoying the benefits of our community today.

You can become a member of the Tower Club and join our Future Member Priority List with your application and a membership fee of $1,250. As a Tower Club Member, you will receive a $1,000 credit toward the entrance fee when you move into your apartment.

Joining the Tower Club is easy.

The first step to join the Tower Club is to simply meet with a marketing team representative, enter into the Future Member Agreement and pay the member fee.

You will then complete several profile forms for review. Upon receiving your completed profiles, we will notify you of placement on the Treyton Oak Towers Priority Member List. The date of your Future Member Agreement will become the basis for your placement.

Your placement is for all apartment residences, but you will only be contacted for the specific apartment styles you indicate. You may change or amend your choices any time by contacting the marketing team.
