Anne McArthur is CFO at Treyton Oak Towers

Treyton Oak Towers, the only Life Plan Community in the heart of historic Old Louisville, announced the appointment of Anne Cox McArthur as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the Spring.

With a solid background in corporate and non-profit finance, and a profound dedication to community service and involvement, McArthur brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role with the non-profit senior living organization.

In her previous position as CFO at Maryhurst Inc., McArthur managed the financial operations of the $20 million agency, ensuring its financial health, growth, and sustainability. Her accomplishments included overseeing the annual budget process, restructuring the finance department, and leading cultural change through relationship-building and collaborative decision-making.

Before her role at Maryhurst, McArthur served 16 years at Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville, Inc. As the Chief Financial Officer, she was responsible for overseeing the management and reporting of the affiliate, retail division, and mixed-income housing development partnership. Her leadership led to significant growth in assets and the annual budget. Additionally, she effectively leveraged the mortgage portfolio to generate additional capital for the organization.

In addition to her extensive finance experience, Anne McArthur has been recognized for her community involvement, including serving in leadership roles in various nonprofit organizations and community advisory panels.

At Treyton Oak Towers, McArthur and her team, manage a $17 million annual budget and assets that provide a full continuum of residential living and care to the more than 170 residents there.

McArthur holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and has been recognized with several professional achievements and community involvement accolades throughout her career, including Business First’s 2013 Non-Profit CFO of the Year.
