Announcing Kristi Noah as CEO

“We are thrilled to welcome Kristi Noah as the new CEO of Treyton Oak Towers.” — Scott Brinkman, Chair of the Board of Directors.
Treyton Oak Towers, a premier Life Plan Community (or continuing care retirement community, CCRC) in Old Louisville since 1984, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristi Noah as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
With over 20 years of hands-on leadership in long-term care, Kristi Noah brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the healthcare industry. Her expertise in formulating strategic development and marketing plans; building strong relationships with residents and their families, staff, community physicians, hospital discharge planners and case managers; and overseeing fiscal and regulatory responsibilities make her an ideal selection to lead Treyton Oak Towers.
Board Chair Scott Brinkman expressed enthusiasm regarding Kristi Noah’s appointment, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Kristi Noah as the new CEO of Treyton Oak Towers. Her extensive experience and outstanding leadership skills make her a perfect fit for our community. We are confident that her vision and commitment to excellence will enhance the quality of retirement living, care, and services at Treyton Oak Towers and prepare us to meet the changing lifestyle and needs of older adults. Kristi is highly regarded in the senior living industry, and we look forward to the positive impact she will have on our community.”
Kristi Noah also shared excitement about her new role, saying, “I am truly honored to join the Treyton Oak Towers family as CEO. I have long admired the community’s dedication to providing exceptional senior living options and care to its residents. The fact that Treyton Oak Towers is a non-profit organization, historically sponsored by Walnut Street Baptist Church, has great appeal to me. I look forward to leading such a wonderful community of residents and staff, and I am committed to upholding the high standards for which Treyton Oak Towers is known.”
Before joining Treyton Oak Towers, Kristi Noah was the Executive Director of Trilogy Healthcare Services at Forest Springs Health Campus. Under her tenure, this community was awarded the AHCA National Bronze award for quality and the KAHCF Best of Kentucky Nursing and Rehab Award. Her experience leading a CCRC with independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care makes her well-equipped to guide the 40-year-old Treyton Oak Towers in continuing its comprehensive life care services to its residents and their families.
As an active member of the American College of Health Facility Administrators and service on Committees of the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities (KAHCF) and Health Care Facilities (HCF), Kristi Noah has continuously demonstrated her dedication to advancing the standards and practices within the senior living and healthcare industry.
Treyton Oak Towers is confident that Kristi Noah’s extensive background in healthcare leadership and her passion for enhancing the lives of older adults, and the women and men who serve them, will greatly benefit the community and its residents.
