Alma Rattliff — Registered Nurse:

Alma has been an invaluable member of our Healthcare Center for 14 years. As an exceptional nurse, she possesses a wealth of knowledge about every aspect of our continuing care retirement community, making her the go-to resource for information. Alma is highly regarded for her attention to detail. Alma is more than just a clinical support staff member. She understands what it takes to provide exceptional healthcare to older adults and cares deeply for her residents, who make her smile and laugh.

Mel Badgett — Towers Program Aide:

Mel has been an integral part of our continuing care Health Center for an impressive 27 years. She consistently provides outstanding service, always demonstrating unwavering commitment and compassion toward our senior living residents. She possesses a unique ability to establish trust and comfort, making her an invaluable asset to our healthcare team. More than a measure of time served, Mels’s tenure is a testament to her unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Vanetria (“V”) Tyson — Licensed Practical Nurse:

Vanetria, also known as “V,” earned her LPN degree from Galen College of Nursing in 2022. She has been an outstanding employee at Treyton Oak Towers for the past 5 years. V is highly regarded throughout our retirement community for her empathy, compassion, and exceptional professionalism. Her peers respect her, and the residents appreciate how she cares for them with dignity, courtesy, and warmth. She selflessly devotes herself to the well-being of others day in and day out.
